– If you are a non-US resident, your total is $19.99. This includes $9.99 for the price of the CD, $5 for international shipping, and $5 to cover the loss on exchange rate. Each additional copy of GAME that you order is only $9.99, as you are not required to pay the shipping or exchange rate fees more than one time.
